Refunds and Exchanges

If there is an issue with your order (incorrect items, missing items, or incomplete/damaged items) we will be happy to provide you with an exchange / replacement. We do NOT offer exchanges for any other reason.

Returns must be sent back within 7 days of delivery, in their original condition, in their original packaging, and are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
***This means 15% of order total will NOT be refunded. ***

*** if you are shipping an item back to us, make sure to send in a BUBBLE MAILER via USPS Priority Mail with DELIVERY CONFIRMATION and the correct amount of postage. Rellik cannot be responsible for missing items that were not shipped with a Delivery Confirmation #. The return address is:

Rellik accepts all major credit cards and payment can also be made through PayPal which is a secure way to pay.

Rellik is based in the United Kingdom.


All orders are shipped first class via United Kingdom Royal Mail worldwide. Every item is shipped with tracking information.

All orders are shipped up to 2 weeks from order placement as each piece is usually made to order (unless there is a special circumstance).

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:
• Customers outside the UK are responsible for any duties and customs charges that may be incurred.
• International mail usually arrives in less than 2 weeks but sometimes it can take up to one month to arrive
